The better Judgment 2 is if they have story mode and designs that were closer to the original.
If it features main protagonist , i think it should have 2 : Leon and Soma.
If they wanted to have partners... I think for Leon , a Belnades would fit as his partner , for Soma , could be Shanoa or Alucard.
